- The entrance dock fee is $2 USD per person. Please note that this fee is not included and should be paid at check-in.
- The minimum age for participation is 10 years old.
- Expecting mothers are not permitted to participate.
- Certified divers must provide proof of their certification.
- In accordance with PADI's recommendations, certified divers are advised not to fly within 18 hours after completing two or more dives in a single day.
- Participation is restricted for guests with respiratory, cardiovascular, or ear problems.
- It is essential to refrain from diving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Divers are required to be in good mental and physical health.
- Before participating, all participants must sign an acknowledgment of risk.
- All divers will be asked to complete a medical clearance questionnaire.

- Certified divers who have been out of the water for a while will need to complete a refresher course.
- If you don't have a valid certification card or logbook, don't worry! We'll treat you as a beginner and guide you through a quick review, some skills, and a shallow dive with an instructor at a minimal additional cost.
- The depth limits are set based on your experience level, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dive.
- Our supervision ratio is one guide for every four buddy groups, guaranteeing personalized attention.
- Don't worry if you don't have your own surface marker buoy. When not in the Pelican Rock safety area, divers will ascend together using the guide's buoy once the first person is low on air.
- Before diving into our programs, we kindly ask you to sign an Acknowledgment of Risk to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.

For our PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course, you’re required to have at least a PADI Open Water Diver certification or an equivalent from another organization.
However, you can dive in Cabo for the first time with our PADI Discover Scuba Diving! This course includes a beginner scuba diving lesson in our PADI 5-Star Dive Center's shallow pool, followed by an exciting one-tank dive in the Bay of Cabo San Lucas.
We also offer a variety of other scuba diving certifications for different experience levels.
