• The entrance fee at Tierra Sagrada is $25 USD per adult and $12.5 USD per child. Please note that this fee is not included in your booking and should be paid at check-in.
• Round-trip transportation is provided for guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance. If you make a reservation less than 24 hours before the tour, please call (624) 173-9528 to confirm transportation availability.
• The minimum age for participants is 8 years old.
• The maximum weight allowed per person is 265 lbs (120 kgs), and the minimum height requirement is 5 ft (1.50 m).
• For safety reasons, the use of cell phones, cameras, and GoPros is not permitted during the e-bike ride.
• This tour is not suitable for expectant mothers and guests with back, neck, or respiratory problems.
• You have the option to pay a $15 USD fee per e-bike as an exemption for potential damages or leave an open voucher.
• Guests must be fully mobile, in good physical condition, and have basic bike riding skills to participate in this adventure.

How to Book Your Transportation:

Booking Your Tour: When you book your tour on our website, you’ll be prompted to select your hotel from a dropdown menu in the contact information form. This allows us to arrange your pickup efficiently.

Confirmation Emails: After booking, you’ll receive an initial email with your pickup instructions. Within 24 hours, a second email will confirm your pickup details, including the exact time and location.

If You’re Staying at an Airbnb or Private Villa:
Please select “No Hotel” during the booking process. You will need to meet us at our main office in the Cabo San Lucas Marina at the time specified in your confirmation email.
