Please note that this transportation fee is not included in the tour price and must be paid directly at check-in. If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, simply select 'No Hotel' in your trip details at checkout.

  1. Booking Your Tour: When you book your tour on our website, you’ll be prompted to select your hotel from a dropdown menu in the contact information form. This allows us to arrange your pickup efficiently.
  2. Confirmation Emails: After booking, you’ll receive an initial email with your pickup instructions. Within 24 hours, a second email will confirm your pickup details, including the exact time and location.

Please select “No Hotel” during the booking process. You will need to meet us at our main office in the Cabo San Lucas Marina at the time specified in your confirmation email.

Whale watching season in Los Cabos is at its peak from December to mid-April, offering an exciting opportunity to witness the wide variety of whales that grace our waters.

While we can't provide an absolute guarantee, our experienced guides will lead you to the best spots during the peak season, making your journey filled with thrilling possibilities. In January and February, the chances of spotting whales are exceptionally high.

Humpback whales are the most commonly sighted species in the Sea of Cortez and are truly spectacular to watch, especially when they breach and perform tail slaps. During the winter months, you may also come across orca whales and gray whales. While less commonly spotted, Bryde's whales and minke whales can also make rare appearances.

Absolutely! Whale watching in Cabo is an exhilarating and educational activity suitable for adventurers of all ages!

While we prioritize safety and respect for these magnificent creatures, most of the time, we can approach the whales to within a few hundred feet. Rest assured you'll still enjoy heart-pounding, up-close views and incredible photo opportunities.

On our Cabo San Lucas whale-watching trips, we're always on the go, adapting to the whales' movements. These majestic creatures tend to traverse the bay, so we adjust our course to stay close. While they primarily frequent the coastline between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, we also explore the Pacific side.

Taking photos of whales can be both exciting and intimidating. It's unlikely you'll time their jump perfectly, so a surefire way to capture these majestic creatures on your cell phone every time is to set your camera's settings to live mode (if you have an iOS) or take photo bursts.

If you're equipped with more professional gear, pairing it with a telephoto lens like the 70-200mm is essential to capture the whales' scale and scope. Just remember to take precautions to shield yourself, your equipment, and any companions from unexpected splashes of water, and don't forget to ensure everything is fully charged before your adventure!
