✅ CARPENTER – FINE WOODWORK

• Fine carpentry specialist for sailboats in Cabo San Lucas.
• Experience in restoration, premium finishes, and precision tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Flexible schedule and proven experience required.

✅ MASON – MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

• Construction, repair, and maintenance work at Rancho Tierra Sagrada.
• Tasks include finishes, patching, material installation, and project support.
• Experience with tools and general construction work required.
• Responsible, reliable, and available for flexible schedules.

✅ GENERAL MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

• Supports conservation and repair tasks at Rancho Tierra Sagrada.
• Assists with basic masonry, painting, cleaning, gardening, and tool handling.
• Provides support in electromechanical tasks as needed.
• Minimal experience required; proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule required.

✅ TRACTOR OPERATOR

• Operates tractor for ATV/UTV tour support at Rancho Tierra Sagrada.
• Not a construction role—supports route prep, light road cleaning, and logistics.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and experience with manual vehicles.
• Enjoys working outdoors in a dynamic environment.

✅ OUTDOOR GUIDE – ZIPLINE PARK

• Guides guests through the zipline experience in Boca de la Sierra – Miraflores.
• Assists with safety procedures, equipment handling, and high-altitude operations.
• Shares information about local nature and provides basic first aid support.
• Advanced English and excellent physical condition required.
• Experience in height activities or tourism preferred.

✅ CAMEL HANDLER

• Responsible for caring for, handling, and preparing camels at Rancho Tierra Sagrada.
• Tasks include feeding, grooming, saddling, trail cleaning, and vet assistance.
• No camel experience needed—experience with livestock preferred.
• Must enjoy physical outdoor work in a rural environment.

✅ PHOTOGRAPHER / SALES ASSOCIATE

• Captures photos and videos during dolphin interactions at Cabo Dolphin Center.
• Presents and sells photo packages to guests.
• Supports tour check-in and assists with inventory and basic equipment handling.
• Previous experience in photography or sales required.
• Advanced English and service-oriented personality.

✅ SECURITY GUARD

• Controls access, keys, logs, cameras, and visitor/vendor entry at the Dolphin Center.
• Performs patrols, reporting, and general security monitoring.
• Requires previous security experience, responsibility, and good judgment.

✅ AQUATIC CAPTAIN

• Leads snorkel tours in Cabo San Lucas, ensuring safe navigation and operations.
• Coordinates crew, assists guests, and oversees boat condition checks.
• Enforces aquatic safety protocols and supports tour setup.
• Requires valid sailor’s license (Type C), proven experience, leadership, and intermediate English.
• Must enjoy working at sea.

✅ BEACH CLUB SERVER

• Provides friendly and efficient service at Tierra Sagrada Beach Club.
• Takes orders, serves food and beverages, maintains clean stations.
• Supports setup of the club and events.
• Requires prior restaurant/service experience, strong presentation, and intermediate–advanced English.
• Flexible schedule required.

✅ AQUATIC GUIDE – SNORKEL & WHALE WATCHING

• Leads snorkel tours and seasonal whale-watching activities in Cabo San Lucas.
• Provides safety briefings, guides groups, and supervises equipment.
• Responds to emergencies and shares marine life information.
• Requires aquatic experience, Type C sailor’s license, valid first aid, fluent English, and strong swimming ability.

✅ COOK A – LUXURY BOAT

• Prepares high-quality food, ensures proper presentation, and handles inventory.
• Maintains a clean kitchen and supports culinary operations during tours.
• Requires proven cooking experience, strong organization, speed, and updated health certificate.
• Professional presentation required.

✅ KITCHEN ASSISTANT

• Supports basic food preparation, chopping, washing, ingredient organization, and cleaning.
• Assists general kitchen operations as needed.
• Requires minimal experience, proactive attitude, cleanliness, and updated health certificate.

✅ COOK B

• Supports food preparation, mise en place, ingredient handling, and station cleaning.
• Works directly with Cook A during service.
• Requires experience in kitchens, speed, organization, and updated health certificate.

✅ LUXURY BOAT DECKHAND

• Supports the Captain, maintains vessel conditions, and assists guests professionally.
• Shares information about the area during tours.
• Requires previous boat experience, Type C sailor’s license, first aid, strong swimming skills, advanced English, and excellent presentation.

✅ LUXURY BOAT ENTERTAINER

• Creates memorable guest experiences aboard Luxury Boat tours.
• Conducts safety briefings in English and Spanish; supports crew operations.
• Requires advanced English, strong presentation, animation or entertainment experience, and positive energy.
• Must enjoy working at sea and hold a Type C sailor’s license.

✅ LUXURY BOAT BARTENDER

• Prepares classic and signature cocktails; offers personalized service to guests.
• Maintains bar setup, hygiene standards, and supports crew logistics.
• Experience with Flair Bartending is a plus.
• Requires bartender experience, advanced/intermediate English, excellent presentation, service mindset, flexible schedule, and Type C sailor’s license.
