What do you need to know before you book
- Round-trip transportation is included from select hotels exclusively for our guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance. For reservations booked less than 24 hours in advance it is necessary to call (624) 173-9528.
- Minimum age: 8 years old
- Minimum: 5 ft (1.5 m)
- Maximum weight: 265 lbs (120 kg)
- For safety reasons, cameras are not permitted
- Guests must be fully mobile and in the good physical condition and must know how to ride a bike
- Not suitable for expectant mothers and guests with back, neck, or respiratory problems
- Optional exemption of payment for damages: $10 USD fee per ebike or leave open voucher
- The entrance fee at Tierra Sagrada is 20 USD per adult and 10 USD per child. Please keep in mind this is not included and shall be paid at check-in
- COVID-19 protocols are implemented to ensure the safety of all our guests
