Cancellations and Changes

In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Cabo Adventure operates a strict cancellation policy:

  • 48 hours or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund

  • 24 hours or more prior to excursion date - date changes, subject to availability

  • Less than 48 hours prior to tour date, as well as no shows and late arrivals - no refunds 

Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling us toll-free from the US and Canada at 1-800-916 8734 or from Los Cabos at +52 (624) 173-9528. All changes are subject to availability.

Transportation service

The use of face masks is mandatory onboard our transportation

Transportation for our aquatic activities is an optional - shared service available from most hotels in Los Cabos. Guests that wish to take advantage of this service are required to pay $7 USD per person on the following adventures:

Dolphin Programs | Luxury Day Sailing | Luxury Sunset Sailing | Snorkel & Sea Adventure | Whale Watching | Scuba Diving | Jet Ski Ocean Adventure

Should you not wish to take advantage of this service, all guests are welcome to make their own transportation plans to and from the tour location at their own cost.

Booking a private tour guarantees exclusive transportation.

Charges to your Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your requested Cabo Adventures can be confirmed - this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable Cabo Adventures will offer an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card. A sales tax will be added at the time of purchase and will be determined at the point of checkout.

Prices and Exchange Rates

Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars. 

Credit Card Safety

Cabo Adventures wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

On the day of your Cabo Adventure, you must bring your credit card and another form of your personal ID when you check in.
