Cancellations and Changes

Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests Cabo Adventures operates a strict cancellation policy:

  • 48 hours or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
  • 24 hours prior to excursion date - we will accept date changes but no refunds
  • No shows or late arrivals - no refund

Group Reservations (private charters of groups of 14 people or more)

  • 15 days or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
  • Less than 15 days prior to excursion date - we will accept date changes but no refunds
  • No shows or late arrivals - no refund

You may change the date of your reservation for free if you advise us more than 48 hours before the tour date. This can be done via email or by phoning 52 (624) 173-9500. All changes are subject to availability.

Important Notice for Cruise Ship Guests:
As the principal shore excursion provider for the cruise lines, it is very likely that we will be looking after you on your tour, but please note that you MUST book your tours directly with your cruise line. Please sign up early with them to assure your space as these popular tours always sell out quickly.

Charges to your Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your requested Cabo Adventures can be confirmed - this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable Cabo Adventures will offer an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card.

Prices and Exchange Rates

Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars. We use the bank rate of the day so that your bank statement reflects as closely as possible the published dollar price.

Credit Card Safety

Cabo Adventures wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

On the day of your Cabo Adventure, you must bring your credit card and another form of your personal ID when you check in.
